Our vision is to be recognized as a premiere Chamber of Commerce, making a difference in Chicago’s Southland through advocacy, community connections, networking, education, resourcefulness, service, reliability and integrity.Â
The Lynwood Chamber of Commerce was established in June, 1980 to represent the community for the betterment of the businesses, to assist in community organization, to aid in the economic well-being of and establish future policy for the betterment of the community. In recognition of over 40 years in existence, we recognize 8 of the original members who are still active and thriving in the community: Baron Furniture, Glenwood-Lynwood Library, Kickert Bus Lines, Kreykes Electric, Lynwood Animal Clinic, Lynwood Tire Sales & Service, Revpro, Thoesen Tractor & Equipment and Alpine Village.

Although a lot has changed over the years, we are still committed to improving the overall climate for both our business and residential community. We are asking for your continued support in renewing your membership and increased member involvement. Many goals and benefits can be achieved if we will work together for the common good.
